We’ll do our dead-level best to publish your news within 10 minutes of when you submit it to us.  We won’t always make that goal, but we do guarantee that we’ll never take longer than 2 hours.  This guarantee applies customers submitting single releases* during business hours (Mon. – Fri.; 8AM – 5PM Eastern US time).

For other times, the guarantee doesn’t apply, but we think you’ll be pleased with our  responsiveness.

*For customers submitting multiple releases on the same day we reserve the right to delay publishing.
